We're stuck in history
You are a high-performer. You built your career on optimization. You know how to reduce risk, cut costs, and hit KPIs. You are an excellent Manager.
Margins are bleeding. Competitors are taking ground you don't get back. You've hosted the offsites. You've paid the agency for the deck. You've run the hackathon. Maybe you even hired an "Innovation Ninja" off LinkedIn ā the loud one with the Elon-Jobs-Bezos energy.
This isnāt theory. Itās a field-tested process to:
Not because you're bad at your job. Because you're using 19th-century management tools to solve a 21st-century growth problem. That's the 200-year-old hangover. And every senior and middle manager on the planet is operating with it.
Business school trained you to exploit proven business models ā to run the engine that's already paying the bills. That's management. It's necessary. It's not enough.
When innovation lands on your desk, you do the only thing you were taught: you manage it. Quarterly reviews. KPI dashboards. Stage-gate approvals. Risk committees. And managing innovation kills it.
Your corporate immune system does the rest the unwritten rules, the budget cycle, the "we tried that in 2018," the meeting that becomes two meetings that becomes a deck nobody reads.
This isn't a skill problem. It's a discipline problem. The discipline doesn't exist in most companies. So we're going to install it.
That's the line. Read it again.
Innovation, by definition, is what does not yet exist. New business models. New customer behaviours. New margin structures. None of it visible in your current data, because data is a mirror of the past.
Your management toolkit, the one you mastered over 15 or 20 years, was engineered for things that already exist. Reports. Forecasts. Optimisations. Operational reviews.
Asking that toolkit to lead innovation is like asking a fire drill to put out a fire. Wrong tool. Wrong moment. Wrong outcome.
Innovation Leadership is the missing discipline. Not a workshop. Not a framework. A working operating system that lets you exploit the core that pays the bills today, while exploring the edges that become your core in ten years.
That's the job. That's what we install.
This is What you get
Most programs teach you theory.
What's included?
Each module ends with a defensible artifact, something you can put on a CEO's desk, not a slide in a deck nobody reads.
The Capstone is a complete strategy file ready to lead your business unit's next 12 months.
The Diagnostic & Unlearning stage
You build: A defensible readiness assessment of your business unit ā so you know where you actually are, not where you wish you were.
The Prototyping & Speed Phase
You build: A 10-year Massive Transformative Purpose and the single North Star Metric that defines the next decade.
The Scaling & Buy-In Phase
You build: A 1-3 year strategy kernel that connects purpose to execution ā across Brand, People, and Business pillars.
What to build and when to build it
You build: A managed innovation portfolio with explicit kill, pivot, and scale rules. No more "Innovation Theatre" projects with no exit criteria.
Designing work rhythm and cadence
You build: OKR cadence from company ā team ā individual, on a 13-week rhythm. Strategy becomes a calendar. Not a PPTX file
Putting it all together
You build: A defensible case ready for your CEO, your board, or your senior manager. Certification awarded.
Magic happens when you do the work
Within the first 30 days, you will have a defensible innovation diagnosis and 3-horizon opportunity map ready to present to your Board, CEO, or senior manager. If after 30 days you don't have both artifacts and the confidence to present them ā email me, and I refund your enrolment in full. I don't want students who feel stuck. I want students who are running. ā Gabriel
How we deliver
You cannot pause your career to go back to school. We designed this to fit into the "Gray Area" of your schedule.
Deep-dive video modules you can consume on your own time. No fluff. No "academic theory." Just tools, frameworks, and execution.
Every two weeks, we meet. But I will not "teach" you. I will perform surgery on your challenges.
"My CEO won't sign off on the budget." -> We fix the pitch.
"My team is paralyzed by fear." -> We install the protocol.
Limited to 15 Executives per call. This is high-touch access.
You cannot share your company's strategic gaps on a public Zoom call. Only available to first 5 enrolments of Cohort 1.
That is why your Milestone Reviews are Private. You submit your work. I send you a personal video critique. You get expert eyes on your confidential projects.
About Me
23 years helping managers lead and manage innovation
I am an Industrial Engineer by trade and a Disruptor by choice. which is why the methodology behaves like engineering, not consulting theatre.
I didn't learn innovation from a textbook. I learned leading teams, building startups and guiding brands like PepsiCo, TANE, ABInBev, Dufry, BBVA, Iberia, Pepe Jeans, ING, STC, Badael Company, GE, UniQLO, SAE Institute, Tequila AlacrƔn, Mahou San Miguel, and many more around the world.
I believe that while "Management" is about keeping the lights on, "Innovation Engineering" is about building a new power plant.
I'll be in every live session. Every Q&A. Every Capstone review. Cohort 1 is 24 students because that's how many people one person can lead well.

It is a lot. And you're currently losing more than that every quarter to stalled innovation initiatives.
Your last "Innovation Week", 40 people Ć 3 days, cost ā¬30,000 in salary alone for zero artefacts. The agency deck you commissioned for last year's strategy retreat? ā¬12,000āā¬25,000.
This is $4,850 for a ready-to-run diagnosis in 30 days, a complete strategy file in 6 months, and a discipline you keep for the rest of your career. Compared to the alternatives, it's the cheap option.
Two reasons people say that.
Either you genuinely cannot spare 2 hours a week for the next 6 months, in which case this isn't for you, and that's fine. Apply anyway and we'll be honest with you on the call.
Or you're using "busy" to avoid the harder reality that the 2 AM thought, what if the numbers still aren't moving in 12 months? or what's the next move for my business? is louder than your calendar. Which is it?
Reasonable. Two ways to handle that:
(1) Loop them in on the Discovery Call. We'll walk through fit together.
(2) Ask me on the call to write you a one-pager for them with the 3-horizon opportunity map I'm guaranteeing. That's the conversation worth having with your CEO anyway, with or without this Certification.
You don't, fully. Nobody does on day zero of any programme. That's why the 30-day CEO-ready guarantee exists.
If by day 30 you don't have a defensible innovation diagnosis and 3-horizon opportunity map ready for your board email me, full refund, no friction.
You have 30 days to test me. That's more runway than most consulting engagements give you, and 30x more accountability than most online programmes. But you have to come to the community calls, engage with the content and community, and prove that the system sucks.
Of course. What specifically do you want to think about?
If it's the price, let's talk about that on the Discovery Call. If it's whether it'll work for your specific situation, the call is built for exactly that. If it's timing, Cohort 1 starts Monday 19 May, capped at 24. That's the actual constraint.
The application is 8 minutes. The call is 30. If after both we're not a fit, you walk away with a free strategic conversation. That's the worst-case scenario.
This is the founding cohort. There won't be a Cohort 1 again. The application takes 8 minutes. The Discovery Call takes 30. If we're a fit, you're in. If we're not, you'll know ā and you'll walk away with the clearest strategic conversation you've had this year. ā Gabriel
Decision window closes when we hit cap or on Friday 16 May, whichever comes first. Questions before you apply?
